1. Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with valid photo or video proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For prepaid orders, we may also offer replacement or store credit as per your choice.

4. Return Process
